My cat had had diarrhea for MONTHS. We tried everything with her and the vet could not find anything that helped. My diabetic cat also had diarrhea but it was not as chronic as the first one's. I was giving my cat prednisone and flagyl for IBD. I took a chance and ordered it as I didn't want my cat on that terrible medication and this being natural. It works, her diarrhea is gone. My 10 year old cat has had inflammatory bowel disease for several years now. Her last bout with diarrhea lasted 5 months - and nothing from the vet helped her.

I tried different cat food to find the right one that would be good for our 2 new young cats - nothing worked out, specially for the male. Since I put the drops on the dry food and let it soak for a while - he will take it easy and it works out very good.

My 15 year old cat was diagnosed with IBD and put on 4 different medicines including a very strong antibiotic. He just seemed to get worse. We stopped the medicine and started giving Plantaeris. Nothing seems to work for 16 year old Opus. We started with a vet that charged us almost $250, gave us some antibiotics and some digestive product. Didn't work. I've been having very good luck with Resthyro and Tripsy with our 19 year old Chessie, so decided to try Plantaeris on Opus, but after at least a month there has been no change. Don't like it, but guess we'll have to live with it.

This product was amazing. ONe of my cats has a very sensitive system and was having problems going poop in her litter box. She was never able to make it in time. Within a couple days of taking this medication her poops were firmer and all in the litter box. It is also very easy for her to swallow since it is liquid. My 14-year-old cat had been having problems with diarrhea for quite some time. I took him to the vet and after several rounds of medication nothing was improving so I tried this product not having much faith, I'll admit. However, after a few days I saw improvement and eventually he was just about back to normal. I've cut him back to one dose per day and give it every day and he is doing fine, but if I skip a dose, there's trouble. My poor Billy, (10 year old cat)not just diarrhea
but liquid gas. Yikes. The poor guy. His tummy was very sensitive and after running tests with the vet, ($400.00 later) he was put on Hill's diet at $40.00 a bag. I used the Plantaeris on a tiny 4wk old kitten that I found at work. When I got her home she had terrible diarrhea; everything I fed her seemed to run right through her. I took her to the vet and was given Bene-Bac powder and an antibiotic. After 5 days and no end to the diarrhea I started searching the web for answers. That is when I found Plantaeris. I was at my wits end, and my kitten 'Bunny' was not improving, so I ordered it. The day it arrived I put two drops on her wet food in the afternoon and another two drops on her night time food. The next morning I noticed that the diarrhea was not as bad...it was no longer 'watery'. So I put two drops on all four feedings that day and watched in amazement as her stools got firmer and firmer. 14 year old female cat with excessive bloody diahrrea, we ruled out any and all medical conditions, tried this as an almost last resort. First dose I gave as directed, mixed in her food. She ate her food no problem and then couldn't poop the next day or for 3 days following! Then had the same diahrrea so I cut the dose in halfand only give it to her every other day. It has helped reduce the amount of diahrrea but not eliminated it. We are going to pursue other behavioral methods. it was definitely worth a try and I will continue to give her half doses every other day.

Within a week my cat, Spammy's horribly stinky diarreah had turned to a normal solid stool. He was visiting the litter box so many times a day I couldn't keep up and my other cat would sometimes find other places to do his business. It was also very embarrassing when guests were over. I could even smell it when the litter boxes were in the back room with the door closed. He has IBD and was on budesonide, which stopped working some time ago. My beautiful cat recently developed having bouts of diarrhea, especially when I would prepare for going on vacation. Most times he would have the runny stool in the litter box (which was still a mess to clean up since I use the Breeze system), but on a couple occasions he went on my wooden floors. After taking him to the vet 2 times, he was given flagyl, which would temporarily stop the diarrhea but didn't cure it.

Since it was appearing his diarrhea was going to be a "lifelong" problem, I decided to look online to see what medications were available for long-term diarrhea. Although the vet never said, or didn't give me a diagnosis for his condition, I believe he suffers from a nervous stomach. He's been on Plantaeris now for about 8 weeks and I'm OVERJOYED to say he hasn't had ONE day of diarrhea since taking the product. (before it was up to 2 times/week)I give it to him once daily in the morning before his meal and although he doesn't appear to particularly like taking the medication, he dutifully does so and dosen't give any trouble about it.

Anna (the cat) had a loose to liquid stool ever since we adopted her from the SPCA. Thought I would give this product a try. Been to the vet, had her tested for everything, all negative. Next they wanted to do an ultra sound and $400 lab test. For the 1 1/2 weeks of use, she got a milky looking stool, so I took her off it. Since then I have had no problems with diarrhea. My cat started a chronic diarrhea / vomiting problem 4 weeks ago. We initially stabilized it with shots, anti-nausea medication, and a bland diet. When the diarrhea and vomiting recurred I was out of anti-nausea medication and had just received Plantaeris, so I tried it. Within a day, my cat stopped vomiting and his stool was almost solid again. At that time, I also had fecal and diarrhea panels run, and he was diagnosed with Clostridium Perfringens. The vet gave me antibiotics, which started ANOTHER round of all-night vomiting. I decided to stop the antibiotics and to keep him on a daily dose of Plantaris. We will also be trying probiotics to ensure that the toxin produced by Clostridium Perfringens goes away and overgrowth does not recur. All I can say is: GREAT product! It may not rebalance his intenstinal flora completely, but it's gentle enough that it keeps the symptoms under control.

Found that best to mix with cat food. The product works. Also realized that a cheep type cat food may have been the problem, as when fed, the problem came back even when using this product, but not as bad as before using this product, so it works.

I am very impressed, I saw a difference in a little over 24 hours. This really does work, but I am very disappointed at the price. Hard for us to justify, but I tried it solely on the reviews as nothing else was working.
I think more would buy if you reduced the price along w/ all your other prices. Used to treat cats chronic diarrhea. Within a week it eased the gastric pain and within 3 weeks she now has normal stool again. It was the best Christmas present I could have received as she battles anemia on a daily basis and the diarrhea would soon have led to her death. Polka's (the cat) vet had used up all her resources to help so I printed out the list of ingrediants (which is so helpful in making an educated decision to buy) in Plantaeris for her to review to make sure it would not interfere with any of the medications Polka is on for anemia. I use twice daily (6 drops on wet food). No problem after the first day. The medicinal smell was a bit overpowering at first. Easy to administer. Only thing I don't like is the slight odor on the cat - I think it emits from the skin. Oh well, I will get used to it just like the cat did. Can't thank you enough for this product. I have an old cat, close to 17 years old. She has had diarrhea for about 5 years now. The vet told me she has lost control of her bowels and that they probably contain too much scar tissue.

She has to stay in a large paper lined cage these days. During the summer, I keep her outside quite a bit. As long as she has a good mind and is happy, I can accomodate her for this.

I have tried some dietary changes and thyroid treatment in the past, which helped a little. I had hoped the plantaeris would help, but it doesn't seem to have. I have been using it a month now.

My one year old kitten had been suffering with chronic diarrhea for a good portion of his life. Our vet said it was due to the water, although neither my husband and I nor our five year old cat had similar problems. My cat Bruce has had digestive system problems all of her life - and she is 13 years old! She's had chronic diarrhea and dehydration that our vet cannot figure out. She has always been an ok eater, but never seemed to gain weight. We have tried a lot of different meds with little or no help. She hates medicine, and has always been very hard to dose.
About 6 weeks ago Bruce's condition seemed to be worsening. She had almost completely stopped eating - even though we were trying everything. She walked around crying much of the time. I got this product for my 16-year-old cat, K.C. She had been having problems with diarrhea for 2-3 weeks. She would frequently have accidents on the carpet. When I add it to her water and tell her to drink her medicine she walks right over to the bowl and drinks (I have a SMART cat). I have to say at first I was skeptical but my persistence and patience won out. If you are on the fence about this product I suggest that you try it. Worse case you can use it for yourself since herbs are not species specific. Be patient. Like everything it takes time.

This product does exactly what it claims to do. My cat was suffering from chronic diarrhea and this has made a dramatic difference. She was also suffering from blood in the stool and it has helped to restore her intenstinal track and heal this as well. It is such a relief to have found this product.

After visiting three vets and hearing there is nothing they can do for my cat I was desperate.They just said he is old. Tried the "ID" types of food to no avail.My poor cat was down to 5.5lbs.

Our 20-pound cat (he has asthma and needs steroid shots overy 3 months- don't judge!) has had runny, foul-smelling stool for months, and we've been through every specialty food, dewormer, etc. in an attempt to improve his situation. Our vet was officially stumped, and we came across Plantaeris and the wonderful reviews it has received.

Upon using it for the first time, it was truly a little miracle. His stool was perfectly normal, and no odor! We were so happy.

But, the product didn't seem to work as well over the next few days, and the stool returned to a mushy state. We had some success in upping the dosage, but even that no longer works.

We were so pleased at first, and want to love Plantaeris, but it hasn't given us a permanent solution. We'll keep using it, combined with gentle foods, and hope for the best.

I recommend Plantaeris with an asterisk for our personal experiences.

We have a 14 year old cat, Nestle, that has suffered with diarrhea for over a year. The vet said "we may never know why she has it". We've tried special food from the vet, wet food, dry food, everything we could think of to get rid of it. After only 3 days on the product it STOPPED. I continue to give it to her in a small amount of wet food, twice daily. She is more active, more alert, more affectionate and HAPPY! We can tell without a doubt she feels better. The only thing "testing" my nerves is using the dropper, I get nervous about the accuracy of the dosage.

My Gabby was an abandoned kitty. No longer wanted, no longer a cute kitten. Her people moved and didn't take her with them. She had the digestive problems from eating whatever she could find. Her body was thin and small. She vomited and had diarrhea from the dry food I gave her. After four days, I went online and found this rememdy [...] I put the drops in a cat food treat for her and she gobbled it down. By bedtime, Gabby wasn't vomiting, and the diarrhea had pretty much stopped. She has put on a few pounds now, and she is doing very well. Boots my macho man has had a stinky loose stool, since I got him from the shelter, a couple of years ago. I had his BM analysed 3 times, by different Vets. Antibiotics were not working. Hills I/D, nor IAM's Low residue worked. He is still on IAM's. When I found your product I was surprised to read that other people had the same problem. My friends were tired of me talking about my cats BM.
Since Boots gets your drops mixed in, in some soft food, the terrible stench is gone. Slowly he is down to a couple of BM's a day. Still soft, but that's fine.
My other cat gets a spoon of Pumpkin pie filling for a reversed problem.

It was helpful reading other pet owners reviews in selecting this medication for my cat. It took effect within 24hrs and I had to fight with him about wanting milk but, that was the sign that he was feeling much better. This medication broke his fever and gave him a boost with his immune system.
Suddenly, his eyes were bright as ever, he started to wine (meow) and beg for his favorite treats, he wanted to sat in my lap again and allowed me to clean him up and even though he doesn't like to take the medication, he does trust me and knows it is whats making him feel good again. I like the product because my pride and joy is happy again.

For the past month my 17 year old tabby, CiCi, has had a miserable case of diarrhea, crying and running to the litter box 3-5 times a day. Also, she barely was eating enough to sustain life. Because of her age and the fact that she was diagnosed with kidney disease last year, I was reluctant to try expensive tests and lab work. Therefore, I did research and changed her diet. Nothing helped. Within 3 days of taking Plantaeris, CiCi was back to normal and her frisky devil-cat ways.

this really did nothing to improve my cat's condition. I have now switched him to a boiled chicken and rice diet which seems to be working. Well worth the time spent on cooking for my cat rather than cleaning up after him.

Frequent bouts of diarrhea have resulted in weight loss and reduced quality of life for this otherwise purrfect feline.
Within days, the messy litter box problem was diminished and my cat became more active. After several weeks my cat has gainsd weight and is leaping everywhere.

I have a 12 year old persian cat that has had stomach problems from day one. Over the years the loose stools have become troublesome as they occured all day long. He has been on all sorts of medications that have only temporairly helped. I have removed him from all medications and now give this product to him on a regular basis 2 times a day and it hasn't fully cured the problem but he only gets 1-2 loose stools per day in lieu of 4-5. Sometimes we even get one that looks semi-normal. I would definitely recommend the product for cats as my cat has the worst case and is doing okay.

We use five drops in the morning and five drops in the evening. We place it on the canned food in five tiny portions. Koko eats this first and then follows with his dry food. It is extremely good in stopping diarrhea and smelly stools.

I purchase Plantaeris for one of my cats who has problems with diarrhea. Vet costs were getting way out of line. Plantaeris absolutely stopped the diarrhea in a short period of time. I continued the Plantaeris for three weeks to a month and then stopped. That was over a month ago and she has been fine ever since. If she gets sick again, I will do the same. It Works, it really does!

Katie has had chronic diarrhea since she i got her at 6 weeks old. I took her to the vet and he gave her antibiotics and tested her but could not find anything wrong with her. I fed her science diet id for her condition and she still has the problem. Then a friend saw your web site and told me about it. I started giving her Plantaeris and I could not believe it!!! She is 21 years old and her Pancreatic Function is deteriorating - thus, loose stools.

Instead of having several loose stools each day - she only has one. Occasionally - she'll have a normal bowel movement. I'm happy with the results!
