Rosie was diagnosed with conjestive heart failure over two months ago. We were told by our vet that she would survive one maybe two weeks. She was given Enapril and flureside pills which seemed ok for about a week then we noticed her balance being very bad, she was not going up and down steps and would walk into things. Since she is taking Hearty Heart she came to life. She began using the stairs and going out on her own through a doggy door. We stopped all other medication and all the side effects are gone and believe me she had all the side effects. This stuff seems to work.

I adopted a 10 year old Sheltie several years ago he's now pushing 14 and ever since he's been with me he's had a horrible gagging cough and as the years pass he has been getting tired early in in the walks and panting heavy , his energy to get up the steps at night or even on his favorite sofa was getting less and less. About 2 weeks ago I went to lift him into bed and he yelped as though the pressure on his chest hurt and his breathing was as though he couldn't catch his breath,, he eventually spasmed and lost control of his right side and bladder and I didn't expect him to make it through the remainder of the afternoon. I decided to find something for his heart , there was nothing in the stores so I ordered this not really expecting much but at this point it was certainly worth a try and any possible problems. He gets 5ml over his wet food once a day so I remember to give it to him and i'd say within the first 2 days I noticed a huge change in his energy level , less panting, no more yelping with chest pressure and the biggest change is that he rarely coughs anymore . My dog was sleeping all day, coughing, panting while just taking a short walk. When I would pick her up even the slightest pressure on her chest caused her to cough. Her long standing heart murmur was worse. My dog is a min pin 13.5 years old. I discussed her care with out vet and decided against meds. I found this product doing a search for treatment and figured I would give it a try. I gave her the first dose on a Monday eve. By Wednesday am she was much more active but looked like she was in gi distress I halved the dose of this product and she has been doing fantastic. No coughing when I pick her up. She is walking longer and no more panting. And she is alert again during the day. Responding to doorbell again. Yeah. I love this product. Just be careful not to overdose. Our 12 year old Black Lab was always panting and coughing and the Vet said he had a heart problem. I saw the add for Hearty Heart and sent for it. I am extremely impressed with Hearty Heart! (Great name, by the way!)[...] Seeing that it is intended to strengthen the heart, with no mention of killing heartworm (which is what I was hoping for), caused me concern that it would be unhelpful. My 4 year old 80# pit bull-black lab mix was panting for 45 minutes after a several mile walk, and was starting to lie down in the road after a shorter and shorter distance -- and then getting her home required multiple 10 minute rests! After just a couple of days of Hearty Heart, however, I noticed a definite improvement in her endurance, and when my vet explained that it is congestive heart failure caused by the adult heartworm that compromises the dog, I understood why this product is so helpful. My vet also told me that what kills most large dogs by 12 years of age is that their hearts are too small for their bodies! So this product should benefit about any aging dog. Meanwhile, Hope is now able to walk our 5 mile route and will lie down only once or twice, or not at all if we go slowly. I am absolutely thrilled to have my beloved companion back, and I intend to keep Hope on Hearty Heart for what I hope will be a nice long life!

We give this to our little 7 lbs., toy poodle, Daisy, (who is 13 years old and was diagnosed with congestive heart failure) twice a days and she is doing well, with no problems. It is liquid and she loves the taste, therefore it is no problem to get her to take it. She has a lot of energy and people can't believe she's as old as she is. We recommend it. The only bad thing I can think of, is it lasts a long time and she has a lot left over at the end of 6 months, as she only takes three or four drops twice a day.

Just two months ago, I received a 4 month old pure bred German Shepherd puppy as a birthday gift. But she wasn't your average puppy. She was very relaxed, submissive and super slow. She was always panting and lethargic looking. We found out she has heart disease on our first vet visit. He recommended medicine that we would have to give her everyday for the rest of her life. I have had people come out of their houses to come see Lena when we are walking. They say how beautiful she is and how strong she looks for her age. At 5 months old now, you wouldn't be able to tell she has heart failure. Her coat seems shinier and she hasn't had any symptoms yet. The only way to get medicine into our dog's mouth is wearing fireplace gloves. We mix Hearty Heart into her food and she cleans the bowl. My 8 year old AKC Lab Cooper has had Cushings Disease and hypothyroid disorder for 5 years. The toll that both conditions put on him, caused him to gain weight and lack mental and physical energy to have fun. He would tire easily and pant heavily. This product gets my highest recommendations!!!

It was around 8 months ago when our six year old doberman was diagnosed with congestive heart failure - and was expected to live 6-12 months.

I started looking for natural ways to save our dog and - "thank God we found this product!"

We started his medications from the vet which cost over $200 a month and that's ok - but knowing he might only live 6-12 is not ok.

So we looked into HEARTY HEART at the same time because of all the good results I had seen from other users ... let me also point out - the medications prescribed from our vet - led us to believe we would not be able to use HEARTY HEART - with his other medications.

luckily my pharmacist's daughter is an intern working with one of the best cardiovascular veterinarians in the country - so we faxed over the prescriptions from the vet - along with the HEARTY HEART information and they said the two would compliment each other.

I have an old dog who was taking prescribed heart meds. He stopped eating and lost 3 pounds in less than a week. Since he only weighs 14lbs to begin with that was a lot. I took him off of the heart meds. I changed his dog food to a brand that has people grade ingredients and started him on the Hearty Heart. He started eating again and even enjoys his walks again. My 11 yr. old miniature schnauzer was diagnosed with congestive heart failure in Sept. She was panting and coughing a lot. Her x-rays showed an enlarged heart and a heart murmur. One of my 3 dogs is a 17 year old Shih Tzu, he starting coughing and breathing heavily. I took him to the vet and was diagnosed with congestive heart failure/ heart murmur (2 level) in march of this year. He was giving lasix, furosemide, theophyllire and hydrocodone, after a couple of days my dog was like new. My vet told me to be back in a month to a take new x-rays and to see how he was doing. During that month i lost my job and since my dog look like nothing had happen, I figure i would take him later when I would find a new job. In August(found a part time job) i took my dog to the vet, turns out that my dog had a heart murmur of a level 4, and that i needed to do, new x-rays, a ekg, talk to a cardiologist because she didn't think my dog could last 2 more weeks also because of his age. I went home trying to see how to raise that amount of money. I spoke to a friend and she told me to check the internet for holystic remedies since she thought that the medications were pretty strong and my dog would have liver and kidney problems. I checked all over and hearty heart had the best reviews, so i figure lets give it a try. Its the end of november and my dog doesn't cough as much, its playing more often, and eating more. I ordered Hearty Heart for my dog the end of August 2009. The vet had said our dog had congestive heart failure and would probably not live very long. Her stomach was extremely swollen and it was slowing her down. She had been on Lasix for 3-4 months, but it was no longer working and the swelling has returned. I saw Hearty Heart on the Internet one day when I was searching for help. I was encouraged by the testimonials on your website, so I decided to give it a try. The first week, I did not notice any improvement, and began to think I had just wasted my money. However, around the 6th or 7th day, my husband and I thought we saw a slight improvement. My husband and I have 2 dogs named Zachery and Oliver which are a Lab/Shephard mix. Zachery is our awesome 8 yr old who is so affectionate and in-tuned to our feeling. We noticed 2 yrs ago that after a walk or playing in the back yard that he would take an extended length of time to stop panting. He would go to the basement floor and lay on the cool tile without us there and normally where we go so does Zachery. It was pretty scary watching him breath so hard while our other dog who is much heavier and not in shape would recover quickly.

I found PetWellBeing out of desperation after learning that the 10 yr old toy poodle my daughter and I rescued last spring has, among other challenges, congestive heart failure and a heart murmur. I only have good things to say about Hearty Heart. I adopted a pomeranian from our local vet not knowing that she had heart worms. Our vet treated her for the heart worms. She developed Congestive Heart Failure from the stress of the heart worms. She began to swell from all of the fluid her body was retaining. We had her on Laxix and Vetmedline for 5 months. She just got worse and worse. She couldn't walk because she was so full of fluid. She just sat and looked at me all the time as if to say "please do something to help me". I ran a search engine on Congestive Heart Failure in Dogs and your site was on the first page. I ordered your product and started giving it to her about three weeks ago. Bottom line we had to go back to the vet recommended pill. Suki's lungs started to fill with liquid and we were feeling helpless and skeptical about how the switch had affected him. If it was the right choice. He suffers seemingly more each day and we just want to ease his pain. I am sure the product can be effective as we often use holistic care every chance we get. I'm sure that this product would be effective if started at the first sign of a problem. I think my dog was too far from that point. Two weeks of using the product did not help. I had to have the vet put her on a diuretic and blood pressure meds to stop the coughs from the congestive heart disease.

My little 13-pound shi zhu dog Peluche has congestive heart failure due to a leaky heart valve and enlarged heart. She has been on medication (mostly diuretics) for about 5 months now to keep fluid from building up too much in her lungs. Even with the meds, her condition was worsening to where she had much difficulty breathing, couldn't go for normal walks anymore, and her quality of life was really deteriorating. We were desparate for relief for our Maltese, Mozart, when she was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. For 2 weeks we listened to her cough almost continuous causing many sleepless nights for my husband, myself and poor little Mozart. When I came across Hearty Heart, I decided that we had to give it a try. It couldn't hurt. It arrived at 5:00 pm and she got her first dose five minutes later. I have had Maxie on a HeartyHeart for a couple weeks now, and she is doing so much better! I was a 10-year veterinary assistant, so I was familiar with chemical drugs and their side effects! My dog was so sick, losing weight and lethargic that I could not wait for product to come. Other reviews gave me hope for improvement because Med's Vet gave were killing him quicker, I believe. Gave to checkers, my peakapo twice daily and results have been dramatic. He started to walk again, and grows stronger every day. Is able to eat now, looks alive in his eyes and is back to chasing a small tennis ball. These drops have exceeded my hopes for a better life for my dog. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this product. My miniature schnauzer Lucy was born with a bad heart and was given a terrible prognosis with a short life expectency. I have a 12 year old Beagle (Reggie) who was diagnosed with a severe heart murmur 2 months ago. I chose not to put him on heart medicine due to the cost and side effects. Once I finally got the product through a mix up with the company and Pay Pal, my 16 yo toy fox terrier is feeling better. She has a torn ligament caused by old age that was holding a heart valve in place. She developed congestive heart failure and is on a diuretic along with this herbal formula. About the second day, I saw a difference in her and she is almost, but not quite, back to her old self. Jake is really not a snake but an ornery old poodle!!! He has a severe heart murmur and the vet said he only had a few weeks to live. My dog has a heart murmur which causes him to cough. After my first bottle of Hearty Heart, I didn't think it was working so well that I stopped giving it to him. After a week I noticed that the coughing was really worse than before I started Hearty Heart. I didn't hesitate to order more and will continue using this product.

This has helped my 12 year old who was diagnosed this summer with a heart murmur. We opted out of prescription heart medication and decided to try Hearty Heart. She is much more comfortable, sleeps better, and does not pant nearly as heavily as she used to after a brief walk.

Incredible, Max was diagnosed with severe heart arithmia, I was told that he had only a short time to live. After he threw up his prescription heart medicine I stopped all medication and only gave him your heart drops- after just a few days ( I already said good buy to him because I thought he would not survive the night)he is back- he is behaving like a puppy again, playfull,energetic and full of trouble- it is absolutely amazing and wonderfull....

I had Little Bubba since he was 8 wks old. At the age of 13 we were told by the vet he had a heart murmur. Over the next year it got worse and we were told he had congenital heart failure. They wanted us to spend lots of $$ and put him on tons of meds. We were in the process of moving long distance and we thought he was fine for the time being. He had the stamina of the energizer bunny and ran and played and loved his new yellow lab puppy friend. He started to have breathing problems in the last year and slowed down alot, but went in spurts. He still ate, slept, listened, played, etc.... After too long I finally order the hearty heart. Shame on me, probably too late, but I think it did help for the short time. Little Bubba was a trooper til the end. He died at home in my arms and he left this world in my arms knowing he was loved. He died during the hour my husband came home for lunch. I felt his last heart beat and just cried. I wish I would have done Jearty Heart earlier for him, but at least I tried. He was a great dog with a "good heart and spirit".

I think he knew 'in his heart' he was loved. To have 15.5 years with such a faithful companion is a once in a lifetime experience. My only regret is not staring Hearty Heart sooner.
